Oasis Home Buyers is hiring a Dispositions Manager to join the team and move our real estate deals fast and efficiently. • Sell off-market investment properties to our network of cash buyers
• Build strong, lasting relationships with flippers, landlords, and investors
• Negotiate deals under pressure and overcome objections with confidence
• Coordinate walkthroughs and manage buyer communications with excellence
• Collaborate with the team daily to review pipeline, share insights, and drive deals forward
• Own your results and contribute to a team that wins together What We 're Looking For:
• Proven closer with strong negotiation and sales instincts
