Collier Seawall and Dock is a Marco Island, FL-based Marine Construction Company. We are looking for a Sales Associate in our Service Department. • Manage numerous leads
• Assist customers with inquiries, account set up, and upgrades
• Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level
• Maintain customer communication with clients prior, during and after work completion
• Communicate daily with team about sales and customer issues
• Pursuing new accounts and business opportunities with direct marketing and social media pages
• Regular cultivation of new customer contacts and follow-up on leads
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product categories is essential to building rapport with customers and increasing the company's value proposition
• Other duties and special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience in the construction/building industry is preferred
• Ability to use CRM System
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Have genuine and positive energy
• Possess valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
