Coldwell Banker Island Vacations is a premier Vacation Rental Management company looking for a Luxury Liaison to help service our South Maui Properties. Our luxury Liaison will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service. Job duties include, but are not limited to, greeting guests at condos, inspecting condos to ensure high levels of cleanliness, reporting discrepancies to maintenance and housekeeping, and following up with guests and owners. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is detail-oriented, organized and enjoys problem-solving. Must have a reliable form of transportation and availability to work holidays and weekends. Previous vacation rental or hotel experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
