Responsibilities

:

• Handle lead calls and schedule showings
• Show residential properties (rentals and sales)
• List, market, and post properties for rent/sale
• Host open houses and attend listing appointments
• Maintain daily email communication and follow-ups

Requirements

:

• New York Real Estate Salesperson License
• Driver's license and car
• Strong communication skills
• Technologically savvy, organized, and disciplined
• A service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $81,561.00 - $750,000.00 per year
