Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (focused and experienced in Hardware / Robotics / Med-Tech) to lead our sales and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to develop strategies that enhance business performance. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales process to maximize performance and productivity.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with core team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
