We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will guide prospective homebuyers through the sales process--from initial contact through closing--while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will represent our brand with integrity and professionalism, helping individuals and families find their dream homes. We offer a full benefits package - medical/dental/vision/LTD/STD/Life/Accident/401K. Sales staff have 2 consecutive days off during the week and are eligible to receive up to a $5000 monthly draw (to be deducted from future commissions). Major holidays off as well as 1 day for your birthday!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following.

• Greet and engage with potential homebuyers at model homes, open houses, and online inquiries.
• Conduct sales presentations and community tours, highlighting features, benefits, homes, and floor plans.
• Assist customers in selecting inventory, floor plans, home sites, and design finishes.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with construction, financing, and corporate teams to ensure a smooth homebuying process.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on local market conditions, competitor offerings, and company inventory.
• Participate in marketing efforts such as events, promotions, and community outreach.
• Build relationships with local real estate agents and visit realtor offices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience and 3 years of recent new home sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
