Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
• Maintain the sales floor by stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while adhering to phone etiquette during customer interactions.
• Achieve individual assigned goals while contributing to the overall success of the team. Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
