Overview

We are seeking a motivated Realtor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a drive to help clients find their dream homes. Scholarships available for Real Estate school.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices Experience
• Proven working experience as a Realtor
• Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type: Contract Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
