Gerzeny's RV World is a family owned and operated business for over 40 years. We have a major expansion project underway in the Fort Myers area with room for growth and opportunity for the right candidates in a state of the art sales, service and parts facility. We are looking for qualified individuals who want to earn a great living for their families, work in a stable environment, and have fun all at the same time. Job

Requirements

:

• Promote the highest ethical standards to customers and their buying experience
• Follow direction on the process put in place for maximized efficiency and progression
• Effectively demonstrate applying feature and benefit abilities in demonstrating the product
• Show team leadership and the ability to work with others
• High closing ratio with the ability to write and close deals, know how to ask for the order
• Computer skills to follow up leads
• Phone skills with minimum of 20 calls per day
• Drug Free Workplace
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience with big ticket items
