• Participate in training, team meetings, and goal-setting sessions.

Requirements

:

• A current real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
• Prior sales experience (preferred but not required). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $79,751.00 - $250,918.00 per year
