Our Business Development Center serves as a liaison between the company's service & sales departments and our customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The applicant must have a warm and friendly personality and have prior phone experience. Past sales/call center experience is a plus. Bilingual (spanish+english) is a huge plus The ideal Business Development Representative will have a post high school education (college coursework or technical school), a strong command of the English language, a high level of self-confidence, strong computer skills, exceptional organizational skills, and call center experience. The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position: -- Assists customers with scheduling appointments -- Has exceptional phone etiquette and demeanor -- Maintains high level of customer service -- Well organized and is detail oriented -- Other duties assigned by department manager
