Inside Sales Rep - Allied Plastics San Antonio

Job Description

:

• Inside Sales Representatives must be willing to communicate via email, phone, and in office with customers on a daily, consistent basis.
• Casual office environment, but operates at a fast pace.
• Inside Sales Representatives will be provided with product and software training.
• Pricing for products will be available through Allied's ERP system.
• Inside Sales Representatives will determine sales margin markup with their own knowledge, sales team & management's insights.
• All inside sales representatives will be required to create sales orders through Allied's ERP system, maintain communication with their sales team, and log communication with existing/new customers.
• Customer service skills such as patience, willingness to work as a team, politeness, and respectfulness toward customers and fellow employees is always required.
• All Inside Sales Representatives will be supervised by the Branch Manager of their respective branch of doing business. Job

Qualifications

: Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Sales and Product Training/Certification(s) provided by Allied and completed within 3 months of employment
• Willing to communicate via email, phone, and in office counter sales with existing/potential customers on a daily basis
• Sales and customer services oriented, offering solutions and support
• Computer skills such as Excel, Word, Email, Etc
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Eagerness to learn and embrace the business
• Reliable transportation
• Pass drug test
• Agree to background check Preferred: 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably industrial sales), Performance Plastics certification(s), Job Type: Full-time Pay: $49k Expected hours: 40 per week
