About VSP Technologies VSP Technologies is the largest dedicated fluid-sealing products distributor in the United States, with an approach focused on managing every part of the gasket-use process to make improvements that save customers time and money. The company offers products from more than 20 premium manufacturers, as well as several of its own patented products and designs.

Essential Functions

Support technical expertise, product development, and customer relations for VSP. Provide engineering solutions, conduct data analysis, lead research, and foster internal and external collaboration.

• Technical Support: Assist with torque calculations, material compatibility, and flange integrity. Provide customer solutions and write technical reports.
• Data & Analysis: Analyze project data, document cost savings, and improve processes for efficiency.
• Research & Development: Conduct product testing and contribute to new product development.
• Training: Lead training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Collaboration: Work with specialists, engineers, and management to meet customer needs and improve operations.
• Public Representation: Promote VSP's products and services externally.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear, Industrial, or Material Science Engineering
• Experience in technical/applications support at industrial, transportation, or power generation facilities (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing techniques and any relevant advanced certifications in field (Preferred)
