Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Remodeling Design- Build Sales Consultant to join our elite team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, understanding their unique vision, and guiding them through the remodeling processfrom concept to completion. Responsibilities

:

• Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' needs, preferences, and project scope.
• Develop and present customized design-build solutions that align with clients' lifestyle and budget.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and close high-value deals with confidence.
• Maintain a deep understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and finishes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding the brand's reputation for quality and integrity.

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record in luxury remodeling, design-build sales, or high-end real estate.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to connect with affluent clientele.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of architectural plans, construction processes, and premium materials.
• Passion for design and an eye for aesthetic details.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
