Job Title: Weekend Warrior - Real Estate Assistant - Entry Level Job Type: Part-Time, Weekends Only Location: Primarily Bentonville, with occasional work in nearby cities

Job Summary

: We're seeking a dependable, motivated individual to support our busy real estate team with neighborhood marketing and open house event setup. This entry-level position is perfect for students or anyone looking to gain hands- on experience in sales, marketing, and real estate. No prior real estate experience required -- just a positive attitude and reliable transportation!

Responsibilities

:

• Distribute door hangers and flyers in assigned neighborhoods
• Knock on doors to personally invite neighbors to open houses
• Set up and take down open house signage before and after events
• Assist with open house setup, including balloons, refreshments, and brochures
• Support general marketing and property prep tasks as needed
• Represent our brand positively and professionally in the community

Qualifications

:

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to walk for extended periods and carry lightweight items
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Available for weekend and some weekday shifts (flexible hours)
