Job Description

: General Purpose: Provide pest control proposals to customers and close sales. Position

Responsibilities

• Sitting for majority of shift in front of a computer on the phone with customers/potential customers.
• Approximately 95% of the time will be speaking to and assisting customers.
• Inbound and Outbound calls renew or start pest, weed, or rodent services.
• Inside Sales Reps are responsible for processing payments, scheduling services for residential customers, notating accounts, and coordinating with other departments to assist customers.
• Assist Inside Sales Manager with various projects/campaigns.
• Knowledge of all State regulations and safety procedures.
• Sell additional products and services to existing customers and recognize and report sales leads and opportunities to managers.
• Coordinate with other departments and technicians to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
• Attend required training meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• High School diploma or GED required Required Skills
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Proven customer service skills with prior experience
• Basic computer, and email skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment with good judgment and decision-making ability.
• Self-starter work ethic and the able to work with minimum supervision to complete tasks. Preferred Skills
• Some prior pest control experience extremely beneficial.
• Preferred sales experience. POSITION

Requirements

• Requires normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
• Requires dexterity and data entry skills.
• Expected to work 11am - 7pm Tuesday - Saturday, variable hours may apply during busier seasons or to accommodate customers. Supervisory
