Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Rental Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. As an Event Rental Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing products, and maintaining the store's visual standards.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in creating tablescapes for their events.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and confirm availability of items using our software program.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve questions promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Skills
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Schedule
• 3 days/week 10 am - 5 pm
• Requirement: 1 Saturday per month, 9 am - 3 pm. Dresscode
• Business casual Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 21 - 27 per week
