HVAC Maintenance/Sales ACS is searching for a dynamic Maintenance/Sales Tech to join our growing team in Tucson. Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems by following a strategic in- home process that will be provided and trained by ACS. This process allows the highest level of customer service, education, and upsell. Work Hours: 40+ hours per week Pay : Base + Commission Earning potential in the first year- $60k-$75k+. By years 2 through 5 income potential should escalate to $120k+.
