Compensation

:

• 1st year on target earnings $45,000 - $55,000, wage; plus, uncapped commission
• Industry Leading Sales Training Program

Responsibilities

:

• Selling turf in-store to walk-in clients
• Creating business relationships for future sales
• Cold calling homeowners/landscapers/business owners to sell turf
• Working closely and effectively with our sales team to achieve sales quotas
• Create invoice and collect payments Mandatory

Qualifications

:

• 2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Possess strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with Cold Calls and other Outbound Sales Activities
• Must be good with people and able to provide excellent customer service
• Available between the hours of 7am to 4pm, Monday - Friday, Saturdays as Needed.
• Must always have a positive attitude
• Must be a go-getter/self-starter and be hungry to make sales
• Must be capable of hearing "NO" many times before making that big sale
• Must have a team first mindset
• Ability to process sales/ Handle money
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to adapt to change

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish Required Education:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Some college desired Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
