Bug Busters is seeking a dependable, motivated Outside Sales Representative in the areas newnan/peachtree city or hapeville areas and mcdonough/stockbridge ,who will help us continue to provide exceptional service while growing our brand. This is a tremendous opportunity for Sales Representatives who have at least 3 years of previous outside sales experience and preferably 2 + years in Pest Control. Combined earning potential $45,000-$90,000+ per year! Base PLUS UNLIMITED SALES COMMISSION Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Duties

• Provide customers with pest control solutions
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized Pest Control solution
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc. Outside Sales Representative

Requirements

• Travel requirements - 35% to 40%
• 2+ years of previous outside sales experience
• Pre-employment Drug, Background, and MVR
• Ability to pass physical
