Responsibilities

: Strategic Agent Recruitment and Integration:

• Develop and execute effective strategies for recruiting top-tier real estate agents.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with agents to attract high-potential talent.
• Lead the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration for new agents. Team Building and Leadership:
• Foster a positive team culture that fosters collaboration and excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance agent skills and productivity.
• Implement training programs to elevate the performance of the entire team. Agent Success and Productivity:
• Set performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
• Work closely with agents to identify improvement areas and provide feedback.
• Utilize technology to streamline workflows and boost team productivity. Business Development:
• Collaborate with the executive team to devise and execute growth strategies.
• Identify market opportunities to expand our presence and profitability.
• Stay informed about industry trends to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader.
• Strong track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing agents.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.
