Responsibilities

:

• Guide customers through the entire process of purchasing products, from start to finish.
• Learn and understand different types of furniture by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Maintain rapport with previous customers and turn potential buyers into satisfied customers.
• Qualify buyers by understanding their needs and interests.
• Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not purchase
• Marketing to drive personal sales goals
• Perform customer service responsibilities including data entry, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs, all while ensuring outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone.
• Keeping an open line of communication with management.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service or Retail
• Motivated and customer focused
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Eager to learn and trainable
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week Expected hours: 40 per week
