About the Company: Executive Assistant - Real Estate Team Full-Time | California Real Estate License Required Are you a highly organized go-getter with a passion for real estate? Are you a friendly, people-person - with the confidence to communicate professionally with high-end clientele? Join one of the top-performing and fastest-growing small real estate teams as our Executive Assistant! This is a high-impact role where you'll wear many hats--from operations to marketing to client care --helping us grow while keeping the business running like a well-oiled machine. What You 'll Be Doing Operations & Admin Support
- Manage daily operations to keep the team on track and organized
- Maintain systems, files, SOPs, checklists, and Google Drive
- Schedule and confirm showings, listings, and buyer appointments
- Process and manage team emails and internal task follow-ups
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and profit/loss reviews Marketing & Social Media
- Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns with the team
- Manage the print & digital content calendar
- Draft and post engaging social media content (until role grows)
- Email monthly marketing updates to clients
- Organize events, gifts, and home anniversary outreach Client & Transaction Coordination
- Support listing and buyer appointments, including valuation prep
- Coordinate inspections, repairs, staging, and vendor logistics
- Input listings into MLS and online platforms
- Monitor CRM activity (Follow Up Boss, RealScout), set up tasks and follow-ups
- Ensure accurate and timely document handling across transactions Team Growth & Development
- Build out team training resources and "how-to" videos
- Help lead accountability systems and track team performance
- Assist with hiring and onboarding future team members
- Support Team Leader's development projects as needed What We 're Looking For
- Active California Real Estate License (required)
- Friendly, professional communicator with a positive attitude
- Strong multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Great attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy with Mac OS, Google Suite, Trello, CRMLS, Follow Up Boss, Mailchimp, and more
- Available on weekends as needed
