Job Summary

: We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agents to join our Brokerage . The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of properties, providing guidance to buyers and sellers, and effectively negotiating contracts.

Duties

: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Conduct market research to determine property value - Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms - Maintain and update listings of available properties - Stay knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Qualifications

: - Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson - Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, property management, negotiation principles, real estate law, Fair Housing regulations - Excellent customer service skills - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Real estate administrative experience is a plus If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
