Acquisition Specialist - Real Estate Investment Firm (In-Person) Location: Fountain Valley, CA Pay:

• First 60 Days: $4,000/month base
• After 60 Days: $2,000/month base + 10% commission on closed sales volume
• Typical earnings: $130k-$160k+ per year (top performers can earn more!) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5/6:00pm Are you ready to master the art of real estate acquisitions and make six figures? This is not a cold-calling role--we provide warm, qualified leads so you can focus on building relationships, making offers, and closing deals. • Make 175+ outbound & inbound calls daily
• to follow up, make offers, and build client relations
• Analyze properties & make competitive cash offers

• Engage with motivated sellers, uncover pain points, and provide tailored solutions
• Leverage our proven sales scripts & strategies
• to close deals
• Work closely with our team to get deals into escrow quickly
• Manage your pipeline using our CRM software to track follow-ups
