• Growth opportunities Established 27 year old agency looking for a licensed and experienced team member to service and solicit Auto, Home, Commercial and Life Insurance. Full time M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Compensation

range $17 - $22 per hour (based on qualifications) with opportunities for commission/bonus.

Responsibilities

: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment - Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
