Overview

We are searching for a diligent real estate transaction coordinator to join our well-established real estate team.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions process from sales and purchase agreements to closing transactions.
• Work closely with real estate agents, lenders, title and escrow officers and other transaction coordinators to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and financial requirements
• Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions.
• Understand the contracts and summarize important terms, conditions, and closing dates.
• Provide regular updates to clients, agents, lenders and other parties involved. Experience
• Proven work experience as a real estate transaction coordinator.
• Knowledge of real estate industry and transaction process.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and MS office.
• California Real Estate License.
• Transaction Coordinator Certification or willingness to obtain one. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $20.00 per hour
