• 50-80k yearly base and after 6 months commission based sales. As a Mechanical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the sales flow process by designing, implementing, and maintaining system designs to meet the needs of our prospects and customers. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is open and outgoing, and is a goal-driven individual. Proper execution of the process will ultimately result in the closing of sales and growth in both personal and team sales expectations.

Responsibilities

:

• Responsible for closing of the sale.
• Responsible for project design, quoting, and management.
• Evaluate customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present drawings/quotes in a professional manner.
• Utilize CRM system to maintain customer data and notes.
• Exceed/meet project deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide technical support and alternative solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with team members, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering.
• Technical background experience related to engineering, design, manufacturing, or installation is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced working environment.
• Outgoing and social personality.
