Summary As a LLS regional technical salesperson, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and key relationships with O&G producers in the defined region, driving revenue growth, profitability, and new account targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of oil field artificial lift, a strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with O&G producers to understand their current and future artificial lift needs.
• Collaborate with LLS sales teams to enable team selling and cross-product line opportunities.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to position LLS solutions effectively and differentiate from competitors.
• Gather customer requirements and develop lift type conversion plans to support forecasting and inventory needs.

Preferred Qualifications

& Experience

• Proven track record of account development and achieving revenue goals.
• 5+ years of artificial lift sales experience with established O&G producer relationships in the Permian Basin.
• Strong understanding of O&G production applications and artificial lift solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must reside in Midland Texas. Job Type: Full-time
