Commission-Only Sales Representative / Estimator - Tucson, AZ We are seeking a motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative / Estimator to join our team in Tucson. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

:

• Set your own appointments and accept company-provided leads.
• Conduct in-home estimates for residential and commercial painting projects.
• Present proposals, educate clients on our services, and close sales.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and self-prospecting.

Requirements

:

• Previous sales experience preferred, home services or painting industry a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
