Duties

: Completes all actions associated with the leasing of apartment community homes to prospective residents including:

• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office
• Present community amenities, unit availability options, execute leasing contracts, and give property tours to prospective tenants
• Communicate resident concerns to the Community Director and maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Director
• Completes ongoing industry training Minimum

Requirements

:

• 6 months customer service experience
• Team player with positive attitude
• Goal oriented and solution focused
• High School or GED required
