• Develop effective strategies to recruit top-tier real estate agents.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with agents to attract talent.
• Oversee the onboarding process for seamless integration of new agents. Team Building and Leadership:
• Foster a collaborative team culture that promotes excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance agent skills and productivity.
• Implement training programs to elevate team performance. Agent Success and Productivity:
• Set performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Utilize technology to streamline workflows and boost productivity. Business Development:
• Collaborate with the executive team to execute growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability.
• Stay informed about industry trends to make strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader.
• Strong track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing agents.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate market trends and best practices.
