Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven experience in solutions sales or marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing industrial solutions
• Knowledge of sales and marketing metrics
• CAD experience preferred (Drafting & 3D)
• CRM familiarity (HubSpot preferred)

Key Responsibilities

:

• CAD experience preferred - leveraging technical engineering background to assist with customers. Shadow existing sales team to learn business and product offerings
• Generate and follow up on quotes, supporting approval processes as required
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Utilize engineering and technical knowledge to provide solutions that align with customer needs
• Support the development of effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce technical sales materials and product documentation
• Assist with engineering-related projects and technical support for sales activities
