As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Maintain knowledge of products to effectively sell and promote items, including conducting product demos.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is well-presented.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels and customer feedback.
• Adhere to phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently to showcase features and benefits.
• Knowledge of stock management practices to assist with inventory control.
