LISTING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a fun and detail-oriented Listing Manager for a fast-paced, top-producing real estate team. The listing manager assists a real estate agent in listing a home for sale. They are responsible for preparing listing agreements, procuring signatures for required documents and inputting and overseeing listings in the MLS. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Establish a solid relationship with Sellers, be available to answer their questions and explain the process as necessary
• Work with internal team and Sellers to facilitate home improvements, decluttering, cleaning, home inspections, lockbox access, staging and professional photography
• Coordinate the preparation and execution and accuracy of all listing documents
• Order home warranties and for sale signs
• Write listing features and descriptions for the MLS
• Research property information required for listing completion
• Ensure accuracy of the MLS listing and supporting documentation
• Prepare listing promotional materials including creation of brochures and flyers
• Obtain information and documentation such as floor plans, plats of survey, upgrades/updates and HOA information for each property to put on MLS
• Create virtual tours using Tour Factory and Matterport 3-D technology Ideal Skills and Experience
