Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role you will be the first point of contact with potential customers through DOOR-TO-DOOR canvasing. Our representatives engage with potential clients, identify needs, and schedule appointments. This is a high energy role where persistence and resilience leads to success. Weekly commissions +Bonus and incentive opportunities Uncapped commission Must be a motivated self-starter! Must have reliable transportation!

Responsibilities

• Actively canvassing neighborhoods and communities to identify and educate potential customers on window and door replacement services.
• Initiating conversations with homeowners at their doors, introducing our products and services, and building rapport with potential customers.
• Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations with interested homeowners.
• Developing familiarity with the geographical area and local demographics to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Other job duties as assigned Experience
• Previous experience in business development, inside sales, or door-to-door sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage with customers effectively and build rapport quickly.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about the market and adapting sales strategies accordingly. Physical Demands

Work Environment

• Residential Areas: Door knockers primarily work in residential neighborhoods, going door-to-door to engage with homeowners.
• Outdoor Settings: Much of the work is conducted outdoors, involving walking through neighborhoods, and approaching residences.
• Homeowner Interactions: The main work environment involves direct interactions with homeowners at their doors, introducing Renewal by Andersen's products and services.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Door knockers often collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with generated leads and facilitating the transition from lead generation to the sales process.
• Technology Use: Utilizing electronic devices, such as tablets or smartphones, for lead tracking, accessing customer information, and inputting data.
• Dynamic and Fast-Paced: The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and the ability to engage with homeowners on a spontaneous basis.
