Red Wagon Properties is looking for a professional real estate agent to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, a team player, highly motivated and ready to make a difference.

• TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED. We are looking for a professional to be the front face to new owner's looking for management. Real estate agent responsibilities include closing and onboarding new owners and their properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist Landlords in the pre-marketing process
• Sending out Property Management Agreements
• Onboarding properties into the software
• Assigning properties out to marketing agents
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' rental value
• Cooperate with in house staff effectively to faciliate efficient turnover and repairs
• Promote Rentals through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Skills
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
• Working experience in Single Family Property Management
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Buildium experience a plus!
• Real estate agent's or broker's license Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Schedule:
