What We 're Looking For: We're seeking a high-energy, sales-focused professional who knows the flooring industry and thrives in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate is someone who builds strong relationships, communicates with confidence, and is driven to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in selecting flooring products that meet their needs, style, and budget
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on materials, installation, and maintenance
• Generate and follow up on leads, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Work collaboratively with team members across all three locations
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in flooring sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
