Responsibilities

:

• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide relevant real estate information.
• Conduct negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms and agreements. Demonstrate organizational skills by managing property listings, scheduling showings, and coordinating paperwork.
• Apply knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law to ensure transactions comply with legal requirements.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
