We are looking for a talented and dynamic In-home Sales Rep / Insulation Inspector to join us in the San Antonio and Austin territories who demand of themselves to make $60,000-$120,000.00 or more. Job Description

: We are looking for an In-home Sales Rep / Insulation Inspector/Project Manager whose duties include but are not limited to:

• Pre-Set Appointments
• Conduct in-home "Insulation Inspection" where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of using injection foam insulation.
• Excellent knowledge of and high ability to sell in-home
• Have an unrelenting drive to sell high volume consistently
• Understands the vital steps to any sale and knows how to close
• Can teach customers about our products
• Is a team player and takes initiative and responsibility
• Can listen and knows how to create rapport with a customer in their home
• Knows how to deliver the benefits of our service
• Can rapidly assess the needs of the customer and communicate it in a way that makes sense and brings in the sale

Requirements

• Excellent in-home sales track record
• Home Improvement Sales experience
• High caliber sales ability
• Knows all the key steps of in-home sales and how to apply each step
• Experience in home improvement products transfers well to this position
• Great attitude
• A valid license
• A very strong will to succeed
• Self-motivated
• Excellent Follow up skills
• A realistic opportunity to earn $60,000-$120,000 each year
