Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Estate Sale Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in helping families through transitional periods. As an Estate Sale Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing homes for online estate sales and auctions. Your work will directly impact the presentation and success of each sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to estate locations (15-60 miles from our warehouse) to prepare items for sale
• Stage, organize, and arrange household contents for photography and online listing
• Assist in lifting, moving, and packing a wide variety of items including furniture, household decor, boxes, and equipment
• Maintain high standards of presentation and care for each client's belongings
• Work closely with a collaborative team to ensure efficiency and professionalism on-site
• Support general warehouse and labor duties as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly within East Texas
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items (small and large) for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, team-first attitude and excellent communication skills
• Experience with estate sales, staging, or moving a plus but not required Why Join Us?
