Skyway Precision is seeking a talented Program Manager to oversee our innovative projects. The Program Manager is responsible for developing new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities while also overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, Primary Functions and

Responsibilities

:

• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate customer complaints/issues with appropriate department (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, etc.) and collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve any and all customer complaints/issues.
• Support the quoting and launch phases of new business.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Frequent travel required.
• Perform special assignments as delegated.
• Support compliance with Skyway Precision's Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Support ISO14001 / IATF16949 Continuous Improvement requirements. Core Competency

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 5 or more years of experience in Program Management within the production or manufacturing field.
• 5 or more years of industry specific knowledge/experience. (CNC Machining, Casting Processes, Engine Components).
