Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
• Market properties using various channels including social media, online listings, and networking events.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
• Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, and leases accurately and efficiently.
• Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions including scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records.
• Provide property management services when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
