Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at World Car Auto Group. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers in navigating our extensive product line and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Support sales initiatives by engaging with potential customers and following up on leads.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers.
