Job Description

- IT Sales Technician Button 108 / Lost Island Communications - Durant, OK Full-Time or Part-Time | On-Site | Must have a working vehicle HOURLY + COMMISSION Commission rates vary from 5% to 100%. Great opportunity! We're looking for a people-first, tech-savvy team member who can help drive sales while also assisting with basic technical installs. You'll work directly with our owner, team, and customers. We don't need you to be an engineer, but you do need to be resourceful, organized, and ready to represent the company professionally.

What You'll Do

Sales

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calls, business walk-ins, and networking.
• Present and demo phone systems and IT services.
• Build and present quotes to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads, close deals, and follow through to fulfill promises.
• Track sales activities and update the team regularly. Technical

Responsibilities

• Install customer-facing hardware: phones, printers, computers.
• Assist with customer questions and training.
• Document issues and open clear, detailed support tickets when needed. Office Expectations
• Keep clean records of your work--time logs, notes, and updates.
• Be part of the team--jump in where needed and help take care of the office.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Help create a solid customer experience from the first conversation to the follow-up after install. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.66 - $15.53 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week
