What You'll Do

:

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and local networking
• Inspect residential roofs for storm damage (training provided)
• Educate homeowners about their options and guide them through the insurance claim process
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth project execution What We're Looking For:
• Sales experience (roofing, solar, pest control, car sales, real estate, or similar industries is a plus -- but not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to work in the field and knock doors
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
