Duties

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. Your duties will include: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Conducting outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or orders - Utilizing phone etiquette and effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Performing data entry to update customer records accurately - Upselling products or services to increase sales revenue

Qualifications
