S&R Eagle Services LLC is a family-owned renovation and exteriors company that's been serving Colorado homeowners since 2016. We're expanding and looking for a go-getter Production Manager to drive sales in hail-impacted areas and help clients improve their homes. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Generating leads through door-to-door outreach
• Traveling to storm-affected neighborhoods across Colorado
• Educating homeowners on our services: roofing, painting, remodeling, patios, decks, and more
• Managing your own schedule and sales pipeline
• Attending weekly team meetings (in person or via Zoom)
• Building relationships and closing deals that improve homes and lives

Who You Are

:

• Self-motivated and love working independently
• Organized and know how to manage your time
• Comfortable talking to new people and knocking on doors
• Willing to travel within Colorado
