Who You Are

You're not just another salesperson--you're a producer. You've crushed it in B2C, phone sales, or door-to-door and now you want to level up. You think on your feet, love the chase, and thrive in a role where your income reflects your performance. The Role As a Real Estate Closer, you will:

• Call inbound leads and convert them into closed deals.
• Build quick rapport, ask the right questions, and present strong offers.
• Work your pipeline daily using our CRM and follow-up system.
• Hit and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue goals.
• Work in person at our Dublin, OH office Monday through Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications

• B2C, door-to-door, or high-volume phone sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a relentless drive.
