Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Stock merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are organized and displayed attractively.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns. Skills

• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively and engage customers in conversation.
